Enroling Your Son

We’re currently taking enrolments for Year 5-8. You can get started by following the steps below.

Step 1: Written application

To start the enrolment process, you’ll need to fill out a digital application form below which will provide us with introductory information on you and your son.

Step 2: Formal interview

This valuable meeting with the Principal will allow us to get to know you better whilst providing you with an opportunity to ask questions and receive a formal tour.

Step 3: Enrolment form submission

This is a formal application into the enrolment process which will allow us to assess admission. As part of this process, your son will need to sit an enrolment test.

Step 4: Offer and acceptance

We’ll advise you of the outcome of your son’s application. If you accept, we’ll begin the enrolment process. If unsuccessful, you’ll be added to our waitlist.

Notes

  1. A 5% discount on the school fee component is available to parents who pay their fees in full prior to 31 January.
  2. School fees and levies are due in line with the nominated instalment schedule chosen
  3. Sibling discounts (concurrent enrolments) are available on the following scale:
    1. second child - 25%
    2. third child - 50%
    3.  fourth child - 75%
  4.  The CTL (Curriculum, Teaching and Learning) Levy covers costs of curriculum materials, small excursions and other educational activities undertaken each term.
  5. To enhance the overall teaching and learning for the boys a Resource Levy is charged to provide for Information Communications Technology (ICT).                                                                                      Included is hot swap, replacement rights for one computer and support.
  6. Voluntary donations to the building fund are tax deductible.
  7. Additional charges may apply for weekend excursions, incursions and certain extra-curricular activities. These will be advised as they occur.

Scholarships and Bursaries

Hartford College offers scholarships to students who demonstrate the great potential to make a significant contribution to the life of the College.

Our scholars are expected to set a positive example through their conduct and the pursuit of excellence – whether that’s in academic and co-curricular areas, or through service and community leadership.

Some bursaries are also available for those who need financial support.
