Our teachers know their students better and are able to more easily identify where students need some extra assistance. Students in smaller classrooms are heard and understood. They can voice their perspectives and receive personalised feedback.
Fewer distractions occur, and teachers can explore the class content more deeply and broadly, at a tailored pace. Students can bring their desire to learn, and have the opportunity to voice it too.
